Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation window

Cancel by phone or email at least 24 hours before your lesson starts and you'll pay nothing. Later cancellations may be charged for materials already bought on your behalf, as stated in the quote.

Rescheduling

You can move your lesson date at no charge. We'll offer the nearest open slot within one business day.

When a refund is due

A full refund applies when we cancel a lesson, when we can't deliver the agreed course, or when the outcome doesn't match the quote and we can't put it right within a reasonable time.

• Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your first lesson
• No refund for a missed single lesson within an ongoing term
• Partial refund for a term cancelled after it has started, calculated for unused lessons only
• No refund once a course or term has been fully completed

Timeline

Refunds are processed within seven working days of the cancellation being confirmed.
