Before you book

How do I book a course and get a quote?

Send us a short message about your current level and what you want Italian for. We reply with a fixed price for the whole course based on that conversation, not a generic price list, so you know exactly what you're agreeing to before the first lesson is booked.

How do I pay for my lessons?

You can pay in cash after each lesson is completed, or settle the whole course upfront by bank transfer, whichever suits you. We don't take card payments, so there's no card machine or online gateway involved either way.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?

Let your tutor know at least 24 hours before a lesson and we'll move it to another day at no charge. If your plans change more broadly, you can adjust or pause your course within 30 days of enrolling without losing what you've already paid for.

Are your tutors qualified and insured?

Every tutor is a native Italian speaker who has been through our teaching check with Claire, our head of curriculum, before taking on a single student. All lessons, online or in person, are covered by our public liability insurance.
